GMY ignores the status effects rules

From watching this video, fear is applied to GMY, and Bastilla. Both of those fear expire before GK takes his turn, due to their respective TMs and GK uses his special to then grant the opposite of each debuff. GK didnt dispell fear, both of those toons "took a turn", before him.
This is exactly what happened. And the other instances of Bastila "dispelling" fear are probably a result of her going just after GMY, so he loses fear due to taking a turn, then Bastila calls him to assist, cleansing his debuffs and granting hers.
