Good leader for a Thrawn-focused Arena team? (no Veers or Tarkin yet)

I just really want to use Thrawn+Nihilus in my Arena team, but my current setup isn't really cutting it. At the moment I'm running a zFinn (L), Poe, R2, Thrawn, and Darth Nihilus team. I like this tea...

Rex lead works well with Thrawn/R2/Nihilus... unfortunately :\

You would need a tank in there somewhere. How well would Poe do outside of Resistance?
