Speed is by far the most important feature. When you are levelling up mods to see if you want to keep them, anything that doesn't hit speed as a secondary stat should be sold. Much later on in your roster development there might be some edge cases that are exceptions to this, but for now this should be your rule of thumb.
Some other thoughts, having had a look at your roster:
1. Be much more selective about the mods you take to 6 dots. You have 32 (non-arrow) 6 dot mods. 15 of them have no speed stats at all, which is a big waste of a scarce resource. Taking a bad mod to 6 dots will never turn it into a good mod
2. As OW says, you have some incomplete teams. Take Traya up to relics, take Sith Empire Trooper up to relics, take C3PO & Chewy up to relics. For a few teams you've got 3 or 4 members of what would be a competitive lineup (when you get fair matchups).
