And I can’t beat a G11 IG-88 lead, G13 GG (relic tier 4), G12 zzBB8, G12 zT3-M4, G8 zIPD in arena with slow mods.
Why? Because BB8 taunts, I kill him, then GG ONE SHOTS MY ENTIRE TEAM WITH A TIER 4 RELIC.
How about using a different team? It's not like anyone is forcing you to use DR vs GG nuke.

That's because the Palp + Vader combo is incredibly F2P friendly and was beating the latest meta team (DR) back then without the DR team taking a single turn due to Palp's TM train. It was a hilarious oversight by the devs (but at least there's a beta tester program on the horizon...somewhere in 2022....) and got an immediate "fix" with the quick release of Malak.
Now that several months have passed we're at the edge of a new meta (whatever that'll be, maybe 501st but who knows..) and the devs no longer care about DR.
