Ah, I missed him off. I'll add him to the list.

Depends on what you are looking for. Personally I would be going for Logray, Starck and Dengar as top three. They all bring a decent boost to their respective factions.

Dengar, Logray, and Jyn should be priorities, in that order. They can't be farmed anywhere else. Neither can Young Han, but his shards are always available, whereas the other 3 can sometimes not show up for days at a time. You need to grab them when you can and get them out of the way.

Top priority is the Dengar (bounty hunter, and scoundrel) essential for getting the rebellious Chewbacca and so you can finalize the event of credits.

Buying Logray fragments will save you from headache to the C3-PO, which it appears rarely in the store.

Then it depends on the legendary Toon that you are going after. My overall tip is between spending Cantina energy and buying the fragments at the guild store, buy the fragments in the store.
