I'd recommend upping both RP and Bane based off your collection. Probably Bane first for the heist events. I doubt you are able to get the max tier as you don't have many scoundrels available. If you are, then you could farm RP for the speed mod challenge. If nothing else, there's an achievement for it.
I have all the GW toons I'm interested in now. I'm slowly building to a bank of ~6400 tokens, and the rest will be converted to shard shop for Vader/JE/Maul (because I like him)/Raid Gear.
Why 6400? That's only enough to unlock a 4* character...
