That isn't true, however for harder levels isn't that difficult too. I did fail some cause of NS teams. But, in GW i very often beat all teams, and all of my character were still alive, and i did use suicide squads , which i don't use. But on higher level main , where i hav gen soldier 7 stars, (bad) and GW is harder.

If you farm phoenix you should be able to sail through galactic war even with the higher difficulty level. The protection and health recovery is simply insane for galactic war. Occasionally I finish galactic war having gone from start to finish with my phoenix squad and I finish with full health and protection.

At your level GW will be a challenge, since most of the teams that sail through it need to be g7 at least. Farming Phoenix is great advice, overall for newer players, not just because they trivialize GW.

You won't clear GW everyday, but given the time, you can clear it more often if retreat a ton and switch characters looking for the best RNG seed you can find every match.

phoenix vs phoenix gets nasty tho.

Listen to everyone and farm phoenix (PS). Let me put it this way:

PS get Thrawn. PS are rebels. Rebels get Palpatine. Palpatine and Thrawn are empire. Empire gets R2. R2 gets you CLS. Two of PS are jedi who help you get Yoda. PS are required for a territory battles mission which helps you earn Guild Event currency, which helps you get Hermit Yoda. Hermit Yoda and CLS will be required for Jedi (RotJ) Luke.

See how this all connects? No single group of 5 toons unlocks as much as PS.

At your level almost a year ago I was using the “Three Healer, Two DPS” team (from a video by Warrior, I think).

A lot has changed since then, so idk if it still works. As folks have said, Phoenix is a good team to have, but until then maybe try this:

Boba(L), Biggs, Lumi, JC, Ewok Elder

You could use Ackbar for his cleanse and extra turn, but if you do, keep Boba; he offers a lot of control with his ability block and high damage dispel.

Something else we used to do when GW was more difficult was, we’d build 2-3 teams and play them on nodes 1,2 and 3 respectively. Then we'd put in the weakest team from node 4 on, and take them as far as we could, swapping the next team in when they got destroyed.

Great advice for moving forward, but assuming all those Rebels are somewhat geared, they might help you out now.

Jyn lead with Leia, K2, Cassian, and Biggs, or Ackbar lead with Jyn, Leia, Biggs, K2.

Also, on the early nodes you can swap in people from those Rebel teams, making sure they end the node with specials not on cooldown, so they have turn meter preloaded. Use your other team to go through the other nodes, then for node 12, use your relatively untouched Rebels team with preloaded turn meter.

NS is auto 100% of the time lol.
