There is limits on rancor and haat weekly. You can only do three rancor and two haat. It's actually a little more complicated than that but that's the easiest explanation. It's actually based on the amount of tickets you use but basically you can do as many raids as your guild can start but if you try to hop guilds and participate in extra you won't receive rewards.
