I still remain a believer (and I still mod mine this way) that CC/CD is the best mod set for Fox. Other than putting a health circle on him, I mod him just like I would any other damage dealer. I am pleased with the results. It's great to theory craft him into oblivion, but in the end the most important thing that he should be doing is getting crits and hitting hard.
