Hello all Question on Dash Rendar's kit

For his seeker missiles, when the attack says it can't be evaded or resisted, does this include the debuffs each hit applies? Or just the damage from each hit? I wonder if I should put some additional potency on him. I assume potency would be beneficial for the stop right there ability but wondering if it is needed for the debuffs on seeker missiles.

The "resisted" specifically refers to debuffs, and the "evaded" refers to both damage and debuffs. So he does not need accuracy or potency for this ability. The "Stop Right There!" would benefit from potency, but he gives himself 20% from his unique, and another 20% if he's the Leader.
