Help on arena squad make-up and zeta priority going forward

Chaze still have their uses, f.ex. against NS, but they are generally a bit outdated. It seems like you could use a bit more fire poweron your team. You could transition into:

CLS, R2, Thrawn, Old Ben and Leia/Raid Han.

Or, since you already have some g11/12 DS toons, you could gear your shoretrooper, switch completely, and go:

EP(lead), Vader, Thrawn, DN and Shoretrooper.

This DS team should be able to take out NS / CLS teams with ease and possibly also JTR teams.

Your roster has a lot of potential. Your main problem is that Chaze don't work well against the current meta - they can't deal damage against JT Rey foresight, and CLS will counter them into the ground. They have some use against NS, but you need something more.

If you're sticking with the LS and running a CLS team, raid Han is your best friend. Shoots through foresight, massive damage, and his counter chance attacks with CLS leader ability. You can also gear up old Ben, one of the best tanks in game imo. Switch those 2 and put chaze on the bench and you've got yourself a top arena team.

Or, you can switch sides. The EP rework is really underestimated. With the new Sith that are coming out, and the new Sith raid that'll probably give something new and exciting, there's a lot of potential for the dark side.

In any case, switch guilds. The fact that you're a 2.1M GP player while GK is still locked is pretty bad. If you want, pm me and I'll try to find you a place in my guild.

Sweet, thanks guys. Appreciate the advice. I’m not tied to LS. Prefer Dark to be honest. I’ve read mixed reviews on the recent EP/Vader rework. Glad to know it’s actually viable. I’m about 7-10 Rancor raids away from 7* raid Han, but if I’m able to Toss a zeta on EP or Vader and make them more viable, that’s a lot quicker and easier.
