Help with low level Sith squad

That looks like a good starting base. I would run Vader lead, Sidious, Dooku, Kylo (not really Sith or Empire so doesn't gain from Vader lead but he has some nice abilities) - last one should probably be a healer or tank (think Luminara from jedi faction assuming you don't have a better one, and someone like Sun Fac or Royal Guard)

Sith squads are very hard to farm at low levels with the exception of sid and savage. As much as it pains me to say it you're better off farming rebels if you intend to go for palatine. If not then keep on the track your going, get sid to 5 or 6* then I'd recommend getting savage he's very useful in a sith squad.
