Heroic rancor raid

I don't think it will solo the raid, but it will do good damage

So I tried it this morning with Zader, TFP, DN, Bistan (for TM reduction) and Teebo. I did about 2.4 million in damage. Not bad from what I use to do before I had Zader. I do have a lvl 85 7* tarkin but I have had bad luck in getting good secondary speed mods. His speed is only 160 right now and I didn't feel that was fast enough for the heroic raid. I have 7* magmatrooper but he is only Lvl 60 and gear VI. I kind of put him on the back burner while I was working on other empire/sith toons. Thanks for the help. I will continue on working on Tarkin and Magma trooper.

Are you capable of getting R2 to 7* tomorrow? The added stealth will do it for you I think

If you are using TFP you don't need potency on anyone else.

I should be able to. My empire team is solid. My R2 is only level 52 right now. Haven't been focused on him lately. My only problem is credits. I just did credit heist and now have 6 million. I have 3 toons that need to promote to 7*, I have been working on FO and resistance squads and was going to level some of them up. I am so scattered lately. Plus I have been working on Jedi and droid teams for Haat raid. I swear never enough credits and gear to do everything you want.

Yeah credits is always a large limiting factor. I only got 3mil today :(

R2 will give you solo I think. Which means more gear and more credits, I feel like he is your quickest option towards success. Then you can use the extra credits to later improve upon your toons? That's my opinion.Replace Bistan and you are set. Plus, R2 can give TFP the advantage he needs to get Tenacity down any time you need it.

Can you please explain how R2 helps? I haven't used him much. They only toon in the squad that I described that can remove turn meter is Teebo i think. How does replacing Bistan (who helps with removing TM) with R2 help and how do I use R2 in the raid? I appreciate your help.

I'll talk R2 up first by stating Teebos downfal, stealth. He only gets stealth 3/5 turns. Well, guess what R2 does? He can give Teebo (and others) stealth for 2 turns, AND he can give a target advantage (TFP for a sure TenDown).

So Teebo can reduce 100% TM 5/5 turns. If they stick at least 50% of the time, then the rancor will never get a turn.

There's a 2.25% chance he will miss twice in a row, use those misses to drop the door. (Have the door ready at low HP for those moments)

So let me get this straight. R2's first move is stealth and then basic after that. Rinse and repeat?

Yup. If you can get him to go first, followed by TFP, things will go smoothly.

I'd probably use burn next, that way he won't ever dodge you.
