But it's less about the prizes itself (although they are definitely an issue, things really add up over the course of months!). It is more the detrimental effect it has to overall gameplay experience and the principle of how a portion of the population has been negatively impacted through what I believe is an unintended consequence.
I do agree with you though that the ROI of what everyone is getting is completely insignificant to what is spent on crystal packs.
