Highly Abnormal Ship Arena Shard
As a preface to this post, I'm not making it to garner the sympathy of folks on this forum (although I would appreciate your support if you agree with my conclusion below, if not that is okay as well)...

I'm in same shard, started late July early August and hit 80 week before ships launched and feeling like all I've invested in this game is now going to waste.
I regularly take 5th spot in normal arena every day, small p2p (15-30$) a month
Struggling to stay top in top 1000 in this shard, recently acquired my 11th 7* toon.
Most of the top 50 here have nearly half full rosters of geared an starred toons
Used a couple of refreshes to get into top 500 a couple of days ago and was so obviously outclassed even at that level rank of the shard,
Way out geared.
If I was to spend $1k in packs I wouldn't even come close as most of the field has obviously so much more time invested in the game, with the devide now that's only going to get worse. And is going to effect my normal arena ranking too.
So it's now become pointless for me to invest anymore dollar in this game whether that be in ships or in toons/gear
This has to be a mistake, serious mismatch

Why they couldn't just put a couple of arena shards from each month/week together is beyond me
