A book series as well. But Revan is pretty darn gigantic as far as SW fans that are interested. I am surprised you weren't familiar with the character.

So was Thrawn though, and I only vaguely knew who he was before he came to the game.

That’s what I was trying to explain, although Revan is no longer canon. Neither is The Triumvirate.

Revan is not a canon character. Revan is a Legends character who new canon has toyed with acknowledging multiple times, but they haven't done it at this time.

In Legends, there are two separate and contradictory versions of Revan. One the same poorly shaven thirty-something short-haired brunette heterosexual white dude you can see on the box of every video game ever, and the other determined by the player.

Between the novel series and the pair of video games, one is enshrined as a cornerstone of Star Wars lore, and the other is an ancillary tie-in product. The video game is the one that has that elevated status, and Galaxy of Heroes has not drawn from print media.

What's more, Revan became a sorely needed point of representation whom a lot of people became deeply personally invested in.

Given Revan's iconic heavy, form obscuring robes and mask, a gender- and race-neutral Revan would be a simple feat, and would respect every play through.

if it’s Revan (god i hope it is) i think it’s time for the devs to introduce the first Neutral toon to the game. he doesn’t belong on Light or Dark side.
