How do I increase the health/protection on my Ghost ship?

I saw on swgoh.gg that the Ghost ship has 91k health and around 25k protection but even maxed out abilities, mine is not near those numbers.

All 3 Crew members are G11, but only 1 has a zeta. Should I bring them to G12 or zeta the other two? Which would have the most effect on increasing the ships stats?

    Bring them all to g12 first and then decide on throwing away a zeta only for ships purpose

    G12
    Mods 6 star. Can be bad stats all that matters is the star count or level. All those 5 star golds you level and remain crap...stick on the crew. 20 percent of the stats come from mods.

    I seem to recall reading that zetas don't do much for ships - they give a huge boost to your GP score, but for crew power it counts the same as any other ability rank increase.
