How does one get crazy secondary speed mods
I faced someone in arena that had 2,TWO!! ..24 speed secondaries off speed primary,thats just crazy!

Even finding a gold speed secondary is tough,everytime i get 1 out of the shop i get burned with it staying at 5 or get 1 spd bump.
