How exactly does Phasma's Victory March work?
The turn meter boost - is it a one time thing like Consular's heal? Or does the turn meter boost last for a couple turns?

She works really well when going last in a team. Granted you may have slower characters than her and they will never really benefit from the extra turn meter. I currently use her and even avoided getting the last speed item to keep her at 115 speed, allowing for my whole team (as I use Kylo, Savage and Fives all below 121 speed) to usually get their second turn before my opponents second turn.
