How exactly does Phasma's Victory March work?
The turn meter boost - is it a one time thing like Consular's heal? Or does the turn meter boost last for a couple turns?

i love victory march, but i actually wish Phasma was a bit slower, because she's faster than kylo and tie pilot and that makes me have to wait till turn 3 to correctly use it, which also detriments me because I'm not using advantage
