How is critical chance calculated?
Excluding specific effects like IG-86s, how do you know what the crit chance is for a character? Can't seem to figure this out.

- I always assumed it had something to do with their physical critical rating for standard attacks and special critical rating for their specials. Higher the number, greater the chance? But honestly your guess is as good as mine.
