I have lots of gear 11 well modded light side and Rebel toons for Rancor/HAAT/Arena teams both past and current. I'm not worried about completing most of the early combat missions (until I hit the g12 wall). It's needing 600,000,000 credits to mod and level my roster that makes my head hurt.
280k from completing 5/6 of ONE combat mission AND you still get the character GP for deployment so NO opportunity cost... Not sure which phase, I got that number from a clip during warriors video, p3 maybe?
There are 2-4 combat missions per phase... from the numbers of phase 1 it looks like those battle GP could be ~50% of the needed GP.
So basically a battle toon is worth 2-3x as much as a "deployment" toon. That is all I am saying, if you already have all battle characters close enough to complete... first world problems, yes spend your available resourses to get any available GP.
