Tons of great info there. I use many similar tactics. There is one thing that I have experienced differently though. Don't know how far along you are, but I've been at it since January, and I'm at a point where healers are dead weight. If I haven't killed the other team before they take my protection, it's a fail/reset situation. Fast DPS has been my salvation. Rey, QGJ, GS, Leia with mods to boost speed and damage. Then a big supporting cast of stunners, tanks, and TM boosters exactly as you describe.
But my secret weapon? Droid B team. With HK lead and decent (not great, just decent) gear and mods they can kill most easy nodes taking minimal damage, and cooldowns reset just in time. No healer needed. I have about 12 toons I put in early to give TM advantage to (QGJ, Rey, GS, Leia, Phasma, STHan, Daka, RG, Palpatine, Yoda, AA, Jawa) each with a specific purpose. Then I use mediocre droids and two other random scrubs to murder through all the other easy nodes and not take damage to my 12 main toons. Then I pick who best to use on the hard nodes to kill without losing protection from anybody. If one of my main guys doesn't have enough TM or reset cooldowns after a big battle, I put them behind my droids for the following easy battle to use basic only, and recharge TM.
And for the above mentioned 12, all the DPS toons, stunners, and TM boosters are pretty self explanatory for why they are there. But Jawa isn't to be underestimated for times when I face a monster modded droid+JE squads. His AoE stun before the other team goes is nice to have just in case.
And Yoda. Get him 80% TM or more going into a battle. He hits a target, gets foresight, and TM. He's fast enough to get a second turn before anybody goes, and can spread foresight with battle med. That's a great option to have against nasty single target DPS you just can't seem to kill before they hit you or a brutal AoE in the first round.
