A guild mate explained the math, 200% cd is the sweet spot.
A) You deal 100 damage with 170% cd:
1) offense set: 15%, so 115 damage, 170% cd, 195,5 damage
2) dc set: 30%, so 200% cd, 200 damage total
B) You deal 100 damage with 200% cd:
1) Offense set: 15%, so 115 damage, 200% cd, 230 damage total.
2) Dc set: 30%, so 230% cd, 230 damage total.
C) You deal 100 damage with 220% cd:
1) Offense set: 15%, so 115 damage, 220% cd, 253 damage total.
2) Dc set: 30%, so 250% cd, 250 damage total.
If you have at least 200% damage before ‘set’, it’s better to put an offense set. And it doesn’t take into account critical immunity/avoidance.
A) You deal 100 damage with 170% cd:
1) offense set: 15%, so 115 damage, 170% cd, 195,5 damage
2) dc set: 30%, so 200% cd, 200 damage total
B) You deal 100 damage with 200% cd:
1) Offense set: 15%, so 115 damage, 200% cd, 230 damage total.
2) Dc set: 30%, so 230% cd, 230 damage total.
C) You deal 100 damage with 220% cd:
1) Offense set: 15%, so 115 damage, 220% cd, 253 damage total.
2) Dc set: 30%, so 250% cd, 250 damage total.
If you have at least 200% damage before ‘set’, it’s better to put an offense set. And it doesn’t take into account critical immunity/avoidance.
