What about damage? I thought that was important for him. Also, I thought Potency was not that important for him either.
Edit: I know that he needs to land debuffs but there's something in his kit that guarantees debuff lands on GR. I guess it could be important for other things which is why I have the potency cross.
True, but his damage output isn't that high compared to other high damage ones. I think he needs to be alive and delivering as many annoying stuns and shocks as he can.
