How to split Separatists for defense?

Get yourself Jango as AV is doing nothing in that team. You mostly want to get used to using Wat on offense as he's an important counter to GL and is too good for defense.
Huh, ok, so here's is the thing, I am at 1.4 mil GP so I am not sure whether or not this is true but I feel like WAT is more useful on defense because my roster is also fairly well balanced. I also don't have BB8 yet, and I used to keep Jango with separatists but that left me without my BH team for offense, he is such an important damage dealer on that team. Which is why I am stuck...
