how to stop this level 82 tarkin counter to maxed executor

He's cheating, so you can't do much outside reporting him. Maybe try and take 1st right before payout and starting another battle to let the timer run down.. he can't fight you if you're engaged with someone else.

i don't think hes cheating..... cg would of banned him if he was.

They are notoriously slow at doing that.. people have continued to use exploits for months on end. The forums have plenty of frustrated posts, unfortunately.
