How would you grade Veers zeta?
Does the difference of this zeta make it an absolute must when running IT? Am I better off holding or assigning to another toon?

Veers' zeta is a solid B+. It requires troopers, which include a couple of really hard farms (Death and Shore), and/or some really tough gears (Snow, Magma), so it's value is obviously limited to that team. However, it's a unique, not his lead, so it can still work on a variety of mixed empire team comps. It will net you pretty easy 4/4s in DSTB. Troopers are a solid offensive team in TW. They work in raids.
