If you want to stop HT from taunting, you gotta have a dispel for the taunt and a dispel for breach on your own team. Otherwise, taunt will continually be reapplied to HT.
There is no limit on any taunt abilities for any character/ship; meaning if an ability says “if __, then taunt” as long as the __ part is fulfilled taunt will be applied.
