You've demanded that Jesse help you, who has a thousand better things to do, and it's the weekend. She is probably having a well deserved break from the game.
You've given a 24 hour demand that if your 'problem' isn't solved you'll be getting your money back.
Protip: They probably can't give you credits if that's what you're looking for, and they won't give you your crystals back.
You can get a refund from Google play or game center, but if you do that it just shows how irresponsible you are.
You're a grown man. If you regret your purchases then that's too bad. Deal with it.
Use this as a learning curve, don't invest money into a game when you don't understand how it works.
Good luck with all future endeavors, maybe you should try candy crush or something. It seems like it's more up your alley.
