Thanks for the advice guys, I understand how the game flow, I just didn't expect that I should up lvl before promote.
I'm don't want my money back, I wish to have back the two stars, ok, no problem to loose credit, but take the shards back, that's not impossible. Because that way when my qui-gon get 7* will be like 5*, because I got two promotions without receive any attributes, that's awful.
There's nothing explicit talking about that, you know? That's my point, and money doesn't grow on trees, I have faith that the EA support will understand the case.
