Ok, but when you promote them, their attributes like stg/int/agi increase so much, and mine doesn't change nothing, I just got more stars. So what's the point to spend money and get shards to upgrade your characters if they just got more stars and the attributes doesn't change?
I think that is some kind of bug and the support will fix this to me, I hope...
You need to get gear as well
