I used leia and r2 in arena until raid han replaced leia, and leia was always the last one standing.
First of all, r2 has to be your fastest character, and faster than the opposing team (except their r2 who will always cloak first).
Second, leia has to be your second fastest character. Since she is cloaked, use her cloak to give her foresight and offense up.
That is how to make her devastating
