As far I'm aware, he's generally considered pretty useless, other than as a requirement for Sith Eternal Emperor. I don't know of any meta teams—or even any teams at all—that use him. Maybe that changes if more Andor characters come to the game. But that's where he is right now. 

Ok, thanks. The reason I'm wondering is I have him almost at 7 stars and I think gear 6 or 7 and was wondering if he had use besides SEE.

Literally in the bottom 5-10% in the game today. Sorry!

I hope he gets an FDC next set that makes him death trooper, and maybe shore trooper go crazy.

That'd be nice. How does shore trooper and death trooper perform, good too or no?

They are both useful.  As Death Trooper can be used on Imp Rem and Imp troop teams, you're bound to find a home for him most of the time.  Shore Trooper has a 'pre-taunt', this makes him very useful too.

I don't have him yet, but I have tried him out, and I do think that even below 7 stars he's of considerable value because he's needed for Sith Eternal Emperor, he's needed to run a capital ship, and he has some powerful moves. 

Is death trooper and shore trooper better in a impo trooper squad than say range or magma trooper? Oh, and normal stormtrooper.

He's part of a fleet?
