If he can clear in airplane mode, means he can solo the Rancor raid. Instead of posting damage the moment the raid is FFA, he only posts AFTER the raid is over(from your comments that you are pushed out of TOP 3 after raid is over). That's giving an unfair advantage to the rest of the guild! He could have jolly well pulled a dick move by posting damage the moment it became FFA and screw everyone else out of rewards.
In fact, it might even be a disadvantage! I used airplane mode and was waiting to post damage but the app crashed on me and I could not join the raid as I only waited to post after the raid was over. Ended up with 0 rewards...
