Yep. You can hire a caterer by clicking on the fridge and a gardener by clicking on any plant on your lot. I’m not sure if you can hire a recurring gardening service like you can with the maid; the caterer is just a one-off service each time you hire them.

I HATED that in TS3! Fences, indoor plants, gardens on balconies... you always had to plan out your garden beforehand and know how you’d keep the zombies out. Now you can just plant stuff anywhere and know it’s safe, pretty nice.
