The cd increase applied to the move he made while stunned (which is dropping stun) his next dn move, force drain will be back off cd and increase the cd of pf ypur dn force drain and annihilate by 1.. if he grabbed 5 reductions from his forve drain.. his dn is back in front to use annihilate unless you can get off another cd increase move before hand
