As for your question about how to climb, step one would be to just win some more battles in the hours before your payout. If you’re at 51, it is unlikely any fleet shard chat will be interested in accommodating you.
Most fleet shard chats will insist on members earning their spot, so you need to demonstrate that you are capable of top 20 or top 10 without anyone doing you a favour by setting a weaker team.
