IG-86 is terrible. So terrible, in fact, I refuse to promote him. GA benefits aside (but not ignored), there's an argument to be made that you should simply collect his shards, without promoting him...

I use HK-lead + IG88 + IG86 + JE + Nebit in phase 3 of HSith to bring down 2 of Trayas Light Sabers to set up an easy Chexmix run. 86 pulls his weight.
