IG-86 is terrible. So terrible, in fact, I refuse to promote him. GA benefits aside (but not ignored), there's an argument to be made that you should simply collect his shards, without promoting him...

Top Meta. A lot of squads also used RG because he would taunt when a toon got below 50% and back then without much dispellers and no mods and everything he was annoying AF
