Does Ezras unique only apply to him, since it specifically names him?

My mods are just average mods. Mk5 E that I spent getting to level15. I have Ezra and Kanan at gear9, and the rest at gear8.

Luniz I’m not exactly sure. I’ll pay attention and watch their hit power and see if it raises, 3 times on 3 turns

It applies to the team if hera leads

All uniques apply to all team members under Hera

On a side note, why in the world is Phoenix the hardest faction in the game to gear? Their gear requirements are... Unbelievably stupid

You can't justify taking them past g8. It's like EA/CG said, "Don't use these guys".
