I am really hoping the Instinct Guys find something good (=to use him in arena) about GG that I didn't see so far ...
What team were you facing and what specials did you use? Are ALL of your toons 7* level 70 and are all of the abilities at max level on those specials?
I use that same type of setup in arena all the time vs. FOTP / GS / Sid / Jinn teams and have no problems - I don't have a maxed GG to test, but if 5* Vader, Snowtrooper, Phasma, etc. can work and get the job done don't see why GG wouldn't. His AOE hits plenty hard enough to get kills. Maybe you had an outlier RNG where you had major focus fire. Also, if there is a healer in there - or Daka - you have to do things specific to that type of build in terms of when to fire your AOEs.- I was fighting a rather weak Sid team 26.400 not maxed with 1x6* and 1x5* char. Should have taken a video. Don't quite remember the exact setup of the opponent. But the abilities weren't maxed either between 5-7.
Mine were all Lv70 all nearly maxed, gear 1 Slot at most missing. All 7* only GG and JKA at 6*
Instead of Kylo (not maxed) I used Fisto.
GG, Sid, yoda - maxed skills
JKA & Fisto skills at 5
I could take out 2 of "his" chars. AI all of mine.
With my QGJ setup I didn't loose 1 char btw - Review should be released this weekend...

You get massive synergy: +health for 2 droids, +offense from leader, 2 call to assist chars for Grievous' basic, turn meter and offense up from Poggle, 4 pretty tanky (12K+ hp) characters to passively taunt and plenty of anti-Jedi synergy. We'll give this a try once one of our content creators have this build maxed! Thank you!- Yes.....thank you for confirming what I thought initially. Who knows, they might fix him in the next update but don't hold your breath. When I fought the 7* Yoda challenge I was excited thinking Yoda at 7* would be like the one I fought. Not even close. So stupid that you have fight an OP Yoda to get one that is only a tenth as uber.......shame on you EA!!!!! And shame on you for nerfing Bariss Offee!!!!!!
