So I think it adds 0.5 to their offense modifier total. So if Shaak Ti is getting 20% offense from KAM, it was 1.2, and for the assist it's 1.7. If the leader was providing say, 30% offense, it would go from 1.5 to 2.0.
So the damage with KAM (ignoring the 10% max health damage for now) would be offense*(1+0.5+0.2+sum other modifiers)*1.77*crit damage *(1-mitigation%).
The other part of KAM's unique would take 0.1*1.4*max health and add that to the offense.
