Is Darth Revan really as bad on Defence as people are saying? Or is it something else?

Just a lot of complaints from people jumping the gun while the optimal lineups and mods are still being worked out. Not even close to the grievous fiasco where it sucked out of the gate. He's already taking a solid chunk on the meta report and its entirely possible that once things are settled he might even be so powerful that we need an fbast like release just to compete with other teams.
