is ebb and flow zeta worth it??
running zthrawn zdt dk storm and shore in arena wondering if bumping ebb and flow would be cost effective or if my zeta is best used elsewhere

@DedrickRogue DeT can go far, but against any CLS lead rebels or solo/cls/chirrut squad he gets murdered trying to land his dispel. CLS tenacity boosts and chirrut T-up make daze and health immunity and CD +1 never stick.
