Is Fulcrum Ahsoka viable?

I've fallen as far as 18. Unusual for the previous squads I've ran, but I don't want to run meta teams. It does take one refresh to get to #1, but previously I refreshed for fun anyway.

If the squad can beat everyone on the shard, I go with it. Lumi is also zeta'd for fun. Ahsoka works in QGJz squads, but she can't whirlwind immediately following meditate. She needs 7 buffs to pull that off and Lumi lead lets her do that.

From which star level is she viable in arena? I was thinking maybe getting her to 5* to help me on offense. I run Rex L, zDN, R2Z2, Chaze and because of the zeta I put on wound in the force for DN I have a tough time against Rex L, DN, Thrawn, GK, R2 teams. Would Fulcrum be a game changer for me on offense?

Depends on who you're fighting. I've had Rex, Empire, Chaze you name it teams smoke her. At the very highest levels, she is not close to OP in arena if you try to play D. On offense, sure, on a team like yours it can be quite useful, but she is easily silenced on D

This isn't quite true. With my current team (Rex GK DN R2 Thrawn) I fall no farther than 25 or so, and even that is rare. When I ran ATF in my team (various combinations) I fell to 50. That's a huge difference, and makes your payout more difficult.

I agree defense isn't as important as offense in arena (mostly because the AI is ****), you do need to pay attention to it a little if you don't want to do a 2 hour arena run every day.

You made the mistake of assuming she's a 1 for 1 swap for nihilus . Nihilus makes the triple cleanse variations work because even though he's slower, his annihilate is a 100% chance to execute anybody with no exceptions and no activation of their defense mechanisms. Whirlwind is a great move, but if you use it against a Rex lead with Chirrut, then you pretty much feed the whole team 100% turn meter and give that character a whole bunch of heal over times so now you're back to square one. I think her and nihilus complement each other very well but they shouldn't be swapped out for each other

She's blazing fast, shrugs off all debuffs, and is pretty difficult to kill for a squishy attacker because she constantly protects herself with foresight and 10-15k protection up buffs. I've seen her nearly solo my resistance zeta team on a few occasions. She does work very well on defense, just not in the way you tried to use her

How do you think she would fit in a R1 team? I have Jyn and Cassian Zeta'd so she get a lot of buffs first go.

I was thinking she may help against some teams instead of K2SO
