Is General Veers useful?

Just wondering since I noticed today all those bronzium cards I opened up has gotten me enough shards to open him up. I have a lot of sith/empire characters but wasn't sure if anyone thinks this guy is remotely worth putting any effort towards. I wasn't planning on doing anything with him but wanted to see if anyone actually used this character.

    No. general veers is pretty much one of the worst toons in the game. Top 10 worst at least

    @AimingForGaming you just listed 9 characters... Still room for GV in the "10 worst toons" list :)

    Ah Veers, the one of three heroes out of the first $5 pack you can buy with Dooku or Savage. I started an alt account and bought that thinking Dooku or Savage, don't get Veers, don't get Veers. I got Veers. I was done with the alt account at that point.
    He really is top 10 worst, easy.

    I had to level and gear him a bit to complete the Potency challenges. This was before CG/EA released new Empire toons like TFP & EP (among others). Now he collects dust..
