Is Greedo any good?

Opened up a 8x chromium pack and got new characters Sun Fac and Greedo, I've heard great things about Sun Fac, but nothing about Greedo. Is he viable anywhere?

Should be some ways to lower the detonationtime of that Thermal Detonator.
