Is hero rarity random
So, are the 1 - 4 stars random for each hero? Every hero is 0 stars and then the RNG set the rarity value?

- For unlocking, it is predetermined by the devs.
Cls and jtr unlock only at 7*, while wampa unlock at 5*, etc
