Is it worth applying a Zeta just for crew power?

Is it worth applying Zetas on to crew members just for the Crew Power boost even if you have no intention of ever using the character in a squad? Phoenix are an example that come to mind, same with H...

Unfortunately this ship speed simulator is totally outdated. It doesn't calculate under Relics, only G13. Will there be an overhaul to it? Anyone knows?

I was thinking OP could just get an idea of the speed boost for a zeta at least.
